How fast do orders ship?
Physical items leave our Aventura, FL location within one business day after payment. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 6 business days and costs $6.35, or it is free on orders over $51. Express is $14.65 and usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
How do digital products arrive?
Gift cards, language courses and antivirus codes are emailed to the address you use at checkout, usually within a few hours on business days.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. BASE10 takes 10% off everything except gift cards. Enter it in your cart.
What is your return policy?
Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Digital codes are final sale once they are sent. See the returns page for the full details.
