Returns and refunds

30-day returns

You can return unused physical items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

• Email support@basedealmarket.com or call +1 305-915-7607 with your order reference (it starts with BD-).
• We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the item securely. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Items we cannot take back

• Digital products, including gift cards, language courses and antivirus codes, once the code has been sent.
• Personal care items that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that are damaged by misuse.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund including shipping, and we cover the return shipping.

Refund timing

We issue refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order.
